RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA
RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA is a quick and easy to cook side dish to go with Rice, Roti, Chapati etc. When you have nothing go on the side for Rasam Rice or Sambar Rice or Curd Rice, you can make RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA.
Step by step recipe for RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA
- Heat a Pan or Wok
- Add 1-2 spoons Oil
- Heat Oil to medium
- Add half spoon Mustard seeds
- Add half spoon Chana dal
- Add half spoon Urid dal
- Add half spoon Cumin seeds
- Add 2-3 broken red Chillies
- Add half spoon chopped Ginger
- Add half spoon chopped green Chilli
- Add 2 spoons shredded Cabbage
- Stir and fry 1-2 minutes
- Add half spoon Turmeric
- Stir and fry 1 minute
- Add 2 spoons green Peas
- Stir and fry 1-2 minutes
- Add 2 cups peeled and diced raw Banana
- Stir and fry 8-10 minutes prevent mashing or sticking to pan by adding little Oil if needed
- Add Salt to taste
- Stir and fry 3-4 minutes
- Add half spoon red Chilli powder
- Stir and fry 2-3 minutes
- Add half spoon Chat Masala
- Give it a good mix
- Add 1 spoon chopped Coriander leaves
- Give it a good mix
