RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA is a quick and easy to cook side dish to go with Rice, Roti, Chapati etc. When you have nothing go on the side for Rasam Rice or Sambar Rice or Curd Rice, you can make RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA.

Step by step recipe for RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA

  1. Heat a Pan or Wok
  2. Add 1-2 spoons Oil
  3. Heat Oil to medium
  4. Add half spoon Mustard seeds
  5. Add half spoon Chana dal
  6. Add half spoon Urid dal
  7. Add half spoon Cumin seeds
  8. Add 2-3 broken red Chillies
  9. Add half spoon chopped Ginger
  10. Add half spoon chopped green Chilli
  11. Add 2 spoons shredded Cabbage
  12. Stir and fry 1-2 minutes
  13. Add half spoon Turmeric
  14. Stir and fry 1 minute
  15. Add 2 spoons green Peas
  16. Stir and fry 1-2 minutes
  17. Add 2 cups peeled and diced raw Banana
  18. Stir and fry 8-10 minutes prevent mashing or sticking to pan by adding little Oil if needed
  19. Add Salt to taste
  20. Stir and fry 3-4 minutes
  21. Add half spoon red Chilli powder
  22. Stir and fry 2-3 minutes
  23. Add half spoon Chat Masala
  24. Give it a good mix
  25. Add 1 spoon chopped Coriander leaves
  26. Give it a good mix

RAW BANANA with GREEN PEAS and CHAT MASALA is ready to be served.
